A best-practice approach.

Reggio Emelia, Montessori, Steiner… there is a lot to like about the leading child care philosophies. Not limited to any one in particular, we take the best bits from them all.

This gives us the flexibility to respond to the unique needs of each child. And because we have fewer children and more staff, we get to know each child better – meaning more personalised care.

As a Uniting Church organisation, we’re guided by our Christian values.

We seek to live out our values to the best of our ability, modelling and encouraging:

  • Acceptance
  • Tolerance
  • Compassion
  • Respect
  • Support

We also provide opportunities for children to develop:

  • Self-esteem
  • Happiness
  • Creativity
  • Spontaneity
  • Freedom of expression

Parents are encouraged to get involved.

Of course parents know their children best. We use various strategies to communicate and work together with parents.

While our programs are developed by qualified early childhood professionals, based on the Early Years Learning Framework, we welcome parents’ input at any time.

Feel free to send us your thoughts. We’d also love to know if you have any special skills or resources you can share with us.
